The grapes were fermented in a 3-month amphora, which is quite unusual for Southern Italy. The aging process added 8 months of oak, resulting in a nuanced nose with accents of green pear, camomile, and cigar box, alongside earthy and floral undertones. On the palate, the wine delivered a powerful minerality, a opulent acidity, and a sophisticated structure, all and yet maintaining a good body.
