Jacquo
Nuanced, rich wine with a nuanced symmetry of flavors, featuring a light yet alluring fruitiness, a racy dryness, and a note of exotic spice, showcasing a light ginger undertone, reflective of a tropical fruit like mango.
Haley-May
Promising concept for a Pommery to craft an English Fizz, with a captivating golden color and dynamic perlage. The aroma is a masterful blend of refined yeasty brioche notes, enhanced by citrusy and fruity scents, with a elegant undertone of white freshness. The taste is a nuanced interplay of sweet and zesty elements, with a notable initial sweetness that is gradually tempered by a high level of vibrant and steely acidity. As the drink warms, the sweetness takes center stage, but ultimately becomes less appealing. A nuanced and compelling experience, with much potential for growth and refinement.
Juank Hijano
Full bodied and silky wine with a mild golden hue, its fine mousse provides a round and luxurious texture. The summer berry and confit lemon layers are expertly balanced, though a wisp of alfonso mango adds a touch of exotic sweetness. The digestive biscuit hints provide a pleasing crunch, and the mineral nuances add body and complexity. The wine's medium body and good length make it a pleasure to savor, with a soft vegetal note that adds nuance and interest.

Overall, it's a refreshing and well-balanced English sparkling wine with potential for growth.
