Pilib
Wine that warrants attention, despite my limited expertise, is being showcased here. The wine is dry, with a nuanced oakiness that adds depth. as I'm unable to pinpoint specific flavors, the all around taste is contenting and refined. Citrus nuances are present, but they're not overpowering. I prefer this 2020 to the 2021, a sentiment that's not reflected in our current stock.
Bocca
Clean and lively wine with a medium gold hue. I would definitely purchase it again.
Mithya Cebals
Vibrant and bracing wine with a crisp citrus character, accompanied by a mellow and sophisticated finish.

Lionel Osmin & Cie Clos de la Vierge Le Carré des Pées Jurancon Sec is praised for its crisp citrus and floral notes, nuanced oakiness, and vibrant character. While some appreciate its lively acidity and mineral undertones, others enjoy the balanced sweetness and long finish. The wine's fresh, airy quality and elegant balance make it a favorite for pairing with various dishes.
A luminous straw hue introduces this Jurançon Sec, revealing a bouquet of white peach, quince, and a whisper of honeysuckle. The palate is a masterclass in balance, with vibrant acidity underscoring notes of green apple and lemon zest, seamlessly integrated with a mineral backbone that speaks to its terroir. The wine's medium body carries a subtle salinity and a hint of almond skin, culminating in a crisp, lingering finish. This wine exemplifies the precision and finesse characteristic of the Jurançon region, offering an elegant expression of its varietal purity and complexity.
