Dorino
Grapes, but the wine's name is a bit of a misfire. The nose has some soft petrol and stone notes, but the mouthfeel is quite acidic and thin. It's best suited for light summer dishes, and I found it paired surprisingly well with Greek-style canned chili anchovies and a squeeze of lemon, sprinkled liberally on fried halloumi.
