Les Rocailles Apremont 2025

This Savoie white wine showcases crisp acidity and mineral undertones with prevalent citrus, green apple, and floral notes. While praised for its refreshing quality and food-pairing versatility, some find it lean-bodied with occasional thin finish. The Jacquère grape expresses bright character suited for warm weather, though depth varies across vintages.

Made from 100% Jacquère, this wine from Domaine Les Rocailles in Savoie, France, boasts low alcohol levels and is distinguished by its clear minerality. Its delicate notes of white blossoms, peach, and roasted almonds are best enjoyed chilled at 10-12°C, complementing dishes like cheese fondue, Beaufort, Comté, or grilled trout.
