Leo Hillinger Secco Rosé is a vibrant and refreshing sparkling wine with prominent strawberry and cherry notes. Some find it sweet and refreshing, while others note a yeasty or slightly sour finish. Its zesty liveliness and soft bubbles make it ideal for warm weather and pairing with light meals. Opinions vary on its complexity, with some appreciating its balance and others finding it straightforward.
This effervescent rosé captivates with its pale salmon hue and delicate bead. The nose is a fragrant bouquet of wild strawberries, red currants, and a hint of rose petal, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it offers a lively mousse and a refreshing acidity that frames the juicy red fruit core, complemented by nuances of pink grapefruit and a whisper of white pepper. The finish is crisp and clean, leaving a lingering impression of citrus zest. This wine exemplifies the vibrant, fruit-forward style of Austrian sparkling rosés, perfect for immediate enjoyment.
