This sparkling wine is a true gem, boasting a stunning appearance with faint pink hues and effervescent bubbles. Upon closer inspection, I discover a deep tapestry of flavors, with cherry, strawberry, blueberry, yeast, vanilla, orange, and slate mineral. The tongue is a masterclass in balance, with a consistent blend of fruit, mineral, and nuttiness that also demonstrates orange and rose. The tail is long and luscious, with a richness of flavor that is truly exceptional, featuring a wide range of red fruit, orange, and mineral notes. Its age-worthiness is undeniable, and its offering is a fair reflection of its quality.

Rich, fruity aroma unfolds with a suggestion of green apple, enhanced by a lively yeasty presence. The palate is recognized by a prominent cherry flavor, but the yeast lingers, accompanied by the return of the green strawberry notes. The follow through is long and satisfying, with the yeast's persistence adding depth. A well-crafted Austrian sparkling wine.
