Le Monde Cabernet Franc

Rich, silky wine with a mellow character, highlighting the best of Friuli's terroir. Harvested from 34-year-old vines, it undergoes a slow fermentation process, resulting in a concentrated wine with a deep, intense color. The aromas are complex, with flavors of underbrush, black cherry, strawberry jam, and prune, while the impression is textured and soft, with a full-bodied feel. The liveliness is mild, and the tannins are well-balanced, yielding suggestions of cornel, red and black currant, plum peels, and inky chocolate. Overall, a sophisticated and elegant wine that is sure to please.
