This Cabernet Franc is praised for its full-bodied richness, featuring dark fruit flavors, earthy undertones, and smooth texture. While some note initial harsh tannins that soften over time, others appreciate its balanced structure with oak and licorice notes. Though complex and age-worthy for many, a few find it lacks complexity or may not improve with cellaring. Pairings with hearty dishes are frequently recommended.
