Tanunchai
A subtle, earthy wine with a peppery and acidic character, with a light color and a delicate fruitiness. Upon aging, the wine's sharp edges softened, revealing a more rounded and fruity profile, with the berries fully expressing themselves. The ending is lively and refreshing, with a lingering acidity.
Issam Reinsnos
Rich, full-bodied Tempranillo from Rioja, highlighted by a dry, austere style with a pronounced tannic structure. The wine's layers is reminding of dried cranberries steeped in a warm, aromatic spice blend, which pairs well with robust, savory dishes like spicy pork tenderloin and lamb Ragu.
Munish
Evolved and curious tail with touches of sour cherry, raspberry, and leather, which linger pleasantly on the palate.
