Tsuna
Textured and alluring wine with a tart and oxidized fruit character, featuring whispers of green apple, crab apple, and lemon oil. The strength of baby's breath adds a subtle, herbal quality, in contrast the yeast provides a sourdough and stale beer undertone.

This California Champagne presents a textured profile with citrus and apple notes, though polarized by its oxidized fruit character and yeast-derived sour undertones. While some appreciate its subtle herbal quality from baby's breath, others find the stale beer-like notes off-putting.
This California sparkling wine presents a pale straw hue with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, it reveals aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of brioche, indicative of its secondary fermentation. The palate is crisp and lively, showcasing a delicate balance of citrus zest and subtle almond notes, underscored by a refreshing acidity that enhances its extra dry style. The finish is clean and brisk, with a gentle minerality that lingers. While not a traditional Champagne, it offers a commendable representation of California's sparkling wine craftsmanship, ideal for casual celebrations or as an aperitif.
