This Crémant de Limoux Brut Rosé presents a delicate ballet of fine bubbles, shimmering with a pale salmon hue. The nose opens with a refined bouquet of wild strawberries, red currants, and a whisper of rose petals, underscored by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it offers a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and creamy mousse, revealing layers of tart cranberry and white peach. The finish is elegant and persistent, with a hint of brioche and a refreshing salinity. This wine exemplifies the finesse and precision characteristic of Limoux's sparkling tradition.
