Sawawa
Delicate, pale tone with a subtle sheen. Initial impressions of citrus, damp earth, and ripe stone fruit mingle with a undertone of peach and melon. The flavor is initially tart, with a touch of lime and a preponderance of fruit, accompanied by pear and melon. A green note, reflective of pea shoots, adds intensity and nuance. The aftertaste is rounded, with low crispness and a smooth, soft texture. Aging on the lees for five months has resulted in a refined, balanced character.

This Grüner Veltliner offers a delicate pale tone with citrus, damp earth, and ripe stone fruit aromas. While some appreciate the tart lime and fruit flavors, others find the low crispness less appealing. The wine features pear, melon, and a green pea shoot note, with a smooth, soft texture and refined character from lees aging.
This Grüner Veltliner from the esteemed Wachau region presents a pale straw hue with a greenish tint, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a precise bouquet of white pepper, crisp green apple, and a whisper of lime zest, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it showcases a medium-bodied structure with a harmonious interplay of bright acidity and a delicate, stony texture. The finish is clean and persistent, marked by notes of fresh herbs and a hint of grapefruit pith. This wine exemplifies the classic Federspiel style, offering both elegance and finesse.
