Exhibiting a delicate ballet slipper pink hue, the Sofia Rosé opens with an aromatic bouquet of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a hint of white peach, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is elegantly structured, offering a harmonious interplay of fresh red berry flavors and a whisper of citrus zest, supported by a crisp, refreshing acidity. The finish is clean and graceful, with a lingering note of raspberry and a touch of wet stone. This rosé is a quintessential expression of California's sun-kissed vineyards, ideal for immediate enjoyment and a versatile companion to a variety of dishes.

Sofia Rosé is crafted by Francis Ford Coppola Winery, located in California's Sonoma County, benefiting from the region's cool coastal influences. This wine is a blend of varietals, predominantly Grenache and Syrah, harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve fresh fruit character. The grapes undergo a gentle pressing, and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain bright acidity and vibrant fruit flavors. The result is a dry, refreshing rosé with notes of strawberry, cherry, and a hint of citrus, designed for immediate enjoyment and ideal for pairing with light dishes or sipping on its own.
