This Force Majeure Parvata Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold and complex wine with dark fruit aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and dark cherry. On the palate, this wine has ample body and a smooth texture, with flavors of black pepper and spice, complemented by a hint of vanilla and oak. The finish is long and lingering, with soft tannins and a pleasant touch of acidity. Enjoy this complex and beautifully balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.

Basuliic
Rich, full-bodied blend of mourvedre, grenache, and syrah, underscoring the warmest year on record in this already-warm AVA. With a 15% ABV, it's a bold statement. The soft, intense berry layers are a welcome respite from the acidity, and the concentrated, extracted style is unmistakable. Fruity and indulgent, this wine is best enjoyed with a generous helping of rich, velvety texture.
Kwasi
On a rugged plot of volcanic soil, this wine is a concentrated powerhouse of red and black berries, with a sweet and bombastic taste and a long finish. whereas it may appeal to some, it falls short of my expectations.
Kibiku Bervoets
Rich, dense magenta tinge with a brooding intensity. The nose is marked by by tones of Andes chocolate mints, cherry Pop Tart, and meaty blackberry cordial, which may seem like an unusual combination, but is actually a clever stability of sweet and savory flavors. The mouthfeel is refined and dry, with firm, full tannins that linger on the finish. The wine is a blend of 43% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 5% Counoise, and 4% Cinsault. It's a complex, full-bodied wine with a long finish.
