On the nose, this wine offers a bouquet of vibrant aromas. Notes of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango mingle with hints of citrus, adding a refreshing touch. There is also a subtle floral character, with delicate white flower aromas that add elegance to the overall profile. The palate is equally impressive, with a rich and creamy texture that coats the mouth. The flavors are layered and nuanced, with a perfect balance between fruitiness and acidity. Ripe peach and apricot flavors dominate, accompanied by zesty lemon and lime undertones. The wine finishes with a lingering and satisfying finish, leaving a lasting impression.

The Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blend exhibits a unified stability of textures, with a smooth, round quality that is characteristic of this varietal. The citrus tones are well-integrated, providing a vibrant contrast to the wine's rich, creamy texture.
Asseri Jehlen
Crisp and bracing blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, with a nose that combines the sweetness of peach and the tartness of citrus, seamless by a dry and medium-bodied texture. The sensation is featured by a harmonious integration of grapefruit, lemon, and pear, with a tart conclusion that lingers.
Jeva
I've grown more appreciative of blends in recent times. This combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon appears to be a balanced blend of rich fruity notes and a touch of sweetness.

Fidélitas Optu White is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, praised for its smooth, creamy texture and vibrant citrus tones. While some appreciate its rich fruity notes and sweetness, others find it crisp with a tart finish. The wine's floral and tropical fruit aromas add complexity, though some detect a hint of acidity and minerality. It's well-suited for sipping alone or with light dishes.
