Fidélitas was founded in 2000 by Charlie with an initial 375 cases of a Cab-Merlot blend. Charlie's wife Terri named the winery Fidelis after her father before it was renamed Fidélitas. Charlie's son Will returned to the family business and serves as Managing Director, and Mitch Venohr is the winemaker, having joined the team in 2010.

In 2005, Charlie produced his first 100% Red Mountain wine, a Merlot. In 2007, Charlie purchased 5 acres on Red Mountain, and in spring 2015, Fidélitas acquired an additional 10 acres. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc are planted at Fidélitas Estate, where each vineyard block averages roughly one acre and is picked, crushed, and fermented separately. All Fidélitas wines are made exclusively from Bordeaux varietals from Red Mountain.
On VinoVoss, Fidélitas has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 7 ratings.
