Asbury
Intense garnet with a light berry undertone, balanced by accents of licorice and mint. The glass reveals a colorful medley of cherries, raspberries, and blackberries, with a faint anise note. The acidity is bright and the tannins are grippy, providing a fulfilling finish. A perfect pairing for artisanal cheeses and a picturesque sunset in Newburyport, MA.
Minho
Mild yet inviting wine experience, with a gentle seamlessness of nuances that unfold on the palate. The sweetness of the fruit is tempered by a suggestion of tartness, creating a vibrant and amiable taste experience.
Trimbo
Complex, intense wine with a inky ruby red tint and a smell of red berries, smoky oak, and tobacco. The taste is dry, with high acidity and low tannins, but the aromas are restrained and lack depth. The wine shows a fault of oxidized, sour notes, which detract from its in summary character. The medium body and length are well-balanced, but the wine's potential is compromised by this flaw. Given its faults, I would rate it 1.5 stars.
