Voss Experts4.3

Exhibiting a pale straw hue, the Fetzer Valley Oaks Riesling opens with an aromatic bouquet of jasmine, ripe peach, and honeysuckle, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, this wine presents a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a touch of residual sugar, offering a lush texture that is both refreshing and complex. Flavors of apricot and green apple are elegantly balanced, leading to a crisp, clean finish with a whisper of citrus zest. This Riesling exemplifies the varietal's potential in California, making it a versatile choice for pairing with both spicy and delicate dishes.
