Nicole
Muted, earthy cast with a suggestion of green undertones. The nose is shaped by delicate, powdery scents of dried flowers, ripe fruits, and minerals, with a understated note of citrus. The profile is elegant and elegant, with a pleasant, delicate quality that is somewhat tempered by a noticeable acidity. The close is brief and slightly astringent, with a lingering aftertaste that is somewhat off-putting.
Jtjt
Somewhat underwhelming experience, with a lackluster standard gewurtztraminer from this winery. The citrus nuances are present, but the dash of vanilla is elegant and not in particular pronounced. The brightness is sharp, but the finale is brief and lacks depth. Overall, a disappointing offering.
Seungeun
Robust and full-bodied Chardonnay with a intricate nose that unfolds with the warmth of fermentation, revealing a elegant blend of ripe yellow and green apples, pear, and peach, all infused with a gentle minerality from the limestone soil. The sensation is refreshed and lively, with a racy freshness that gives way to a enjoyable aftertaste of green apple, while a lingering saltiness lasts on the finish. A classic style of Chardonnay, this wine is a top notch choice to pair with a variety of dishes, bringing Strangolapreti (potato gnocci with parmesan).
