Dr. Hermann Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Kabinett has a pale straw appearance fading to a water-white rim. The nose offers enticing aromas of just-ripe, lemon, lime and green apple. There is also a distinct flinty mineral note, which is a hallmark of wines from the Ürziger Würzgarten vineyard. The palate is featherlight with a lively acidity that adds a refreshing zing, helping to balance the sweetness. Flavors of orchard fruit and zesty citrus dominate the palate, while the mineral undertones add complexity and depth.
