Domaine Pfister Paar presents a luminous straw hue, revealing an aromatic bouquet of ripe apricot, honeysuckle, and a whisper of flinty minerality. On the palate, this Alsatian gem showcases a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a plush, medium-bodied texture. Layers of quince, white peach, and a subtle hint of almond unfold, underscored by a precise minerality that speaks to its terroir. The finish is elegantly prolonged, with a delicate salinity and a touch of spice, marking it as a quintessential expression of Alsace's finesse and complexity. Ideal for pairing with seafood or creamy poultry dishes.
