Domaine de Servans Côtes du Rhône is a Grenache Noir and Syrah blend from grapes that are organically grown. The vines that supply the grapes for this wine have an average of 40 years of age. The grapes are harvested by hand, then sorted manually. They are de-stemmed and crushed, followed by maceration in temperature controlled tanks. The two grape varietals are vinified separately and are matured in tank for a period before being bottled ready for release. The resulting wine is a full-bodied, fruity wine with notes of spice and dried herbs.

The history of Domaine de l’Echevin dates back to the 16th century when Guillaume de Rouville, Mayor of Lyon, acquired land in the Rhône Valley in 1586. In 1990, François Fabre founded Domaine de l’Echevin. Domaine la Florane represented wines made from the vines in Visan, on the land inherited by Marie-Pierre Fabre's family. In 2001, both family estates began using the same purpose-built cellar, each retaining its name. In 2019, they merged. Today, François and his son Adrien run both domains, belonging to the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation. Their wines, known for complexity and elegance, perfectly reflect the terroir's richness.
