Domaine du Pelican Arbois Grand Curoulet Chardonnay is a premium white wine produced by the renowned winemaker Guillaume d'Angerville in the Arbois appellation of the Jura region in France. The vineyard is situated on a steep slope with a unique terroir of limestone and marl soils, which imparts a distinct minerality to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeasts in oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for 12 months. The resulting wine is a complex and elegant expression of Chardonnay, with notes of citrus, white flowers, and a subtle hint of oak. It is a perfect match for seafood, poultry, and creamy pasta dishes.
