Domaine du Pélican was founded in 2012 by Guillaume d'Angerville, owner of Domaine Marquis d'Angerville in Volnay. In 2012, the estate acquired Château de Chavannes in Montigny-lès-Arsures and Grand Curoulet in Arbois, each approximately 5 hectares. In 2015, Jacques Puffeney entrusted 5 hectares of vines to the estate, which acquired them in 2018.

Located in Montigny-lès-Arsures, the estate farms 15 hectares in the Arbois appellation, growing Trousseau, Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Savagnin, and Chardonnay under biodynamic viticulture. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, and its wines include Arbois Béranger Trousseau, Arbois Chardonnay, Arbois Clos Saint Laurent Pinot Noir, and Arbois En Barbi Chardonnay.
On VinoVoss, Domaine du Pelican has 7 wines in stock: 2 red, 4 white, 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 60 ratings.
