Delinquente Tuff Nutt Bianco Pet nat

Bianco d'Alessano

This vibrant Pet Nat, with its hazy, straw-hued effervescence, is a testament to the playful yet precise winemaking of Delinquente. On the nose, it reveals a bouquet of ripe stone fruits, particularly apricot and peach, intertwined with a subtle hint of elderflower and a whisper of fresh-baked brioche. The palate is lively and textured, showcasing a fine mousse that dances alongside a crisp, citrus-driven acidity. Its slightly funky, leesy character adds depth, while the finish is refreshingly dry, leaving a lingering impression of lemon zest and a touch of salinity. A delightful expression of natural winemaking, it captures the essence of carefree enjoyment with a sophisticated edge.
