This vibrant Pet Nat, with its hazy, straw-hued effervescence, is a testament to the playful yet precise winemaking of Delinquente. On the nose, it reveals a bouquet of ripe stone fruits, particularly apricot and peach, intertwined with a subtle hint of elderflower and a whisper of fresh-baked brioche. The palate is lively and textured, showcasing a fine mousse that dances alongside a crisp, citrus-driven acidity. Its slightly funky, leesy character adds depth, while the finish is refreshingly dry, leaving a lingering impression of lemon zest and a touch of salinity. A delightful expression of natural winemaking, it captures the essence of carefree enjoyment with a sophisticated edge.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.

Delinquente Tuff Nutt Bianco Pet Nat is crafted from the Bianco d'Alessano grape, a rare variety grown in the warm, sun-drenched vineyards of South Australia's Riverland. This naturally sparkling wine, or Pet Nat, undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel before being bottled with residual sugar to complete fermentation, capturing natural effervescence. The result is a lively, refreshing wine with bright acidity and a crisp, fruit-forward profile. It is unfiltered, preserving the wine's natural character and slight cloudiness. Ideal for those seeking an approachable, vibrant sparkling wine experience.
