Amaya Negroamaro Pet Nat is a naturally sparkling wine crafted from Negroamaro grapes, native to the sun-drenched vineyards of Southern Italy. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to capture their vibrant fruit character. This Pet Nat, or 'pétillant naturel,' undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with the wine being bottled before fermentation is complete, allowing natural carbonation to develop in the bottle. The result is a lively, effervescent wine with fresh red fruit flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. It is an approachable introduction to the traditional method of natural sparkling wine production.
