Dinarte
South African Sauvignon Blanc from De Toren, a wine I'd been eagerly anticipating for a long time. Decanted for 6 hours, it presented with a multi faceted nose featuring toasted accents, black fruits, and nuanced touches of blackcurrants, cassis, and brambles. The flavor was refined and velvety, with a deep mouthfeel and a enjoyable acidity. The lasting impression was long and lingering, with a trace of baking spices and a touch of menthol.
