Château Vartely Chardonnay 2023

Château Vartely Chardonnay is appreciated for its vibrant summer fruit mix, making it ideal for warm weather gatherings. While some highlight its high quality from the Rară Neagră grape, others focus on its seasonal fruit appeal.

This Moldovan Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue, offering a bouquet of ripe pear, white peach, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by subtle nuances of toasted almond and flint. The palate is elegantly structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, which carries flavors of citrus zest and a hint of vanilla from judicious oak integration. The finish is long and mineral-driven, echoing the wine's refined complexity and balance. A commendable expression of Eastern European terroir, this Chardonnay stands as a testament to the region's burgeoning viticultural prowess.
