This Pinot Noir presents a translucent garnet hue, inviting a bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a whisper of forest floor, underscored by a subtle hint of clove. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of bright acidity and silky tannins, framing flavors of raspberry coulis and a touch of savory herbs. The wine's medium body and elegant structure are complemented by a mineral-driven finish, showcasing a deft integration of oak. This Pinot Noir exemplifies the varietal's finesse and complexity, making it a noteworthy expression within its regional context.

Et Cetera Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes grown in the temperate climate of Moldova, benefiting from the cooling influences of the Black Sea. This wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the grape's natural fruit character and is aged in a combination of new and seasoned oak barrels to add subtle complexity. The result is a medium-bodied wine with a balance of red fruit flavors and a hint of spice, supported by a smooth texture and moderate acidity. Ideal for those who appreciate a well-rounded Pinot Noir with a touch of elegance.
