Châtaeu du Petit Thouars cab franc is a complex wine with a rich, velvety texture. The nose is driven by by strong, tannic tones of chalk and dust, though the mouthfeel is silky and refined. The mouthfeel is outlined by a range of flavors, offering plum, black cherry, and cherry, with understated nuances of coffee, leather, and truffles. during the wine's tannins may overpower the other flavors, they add complexity and structure to the as a whole experience. A wine that is best appreciated in moderation, due to its deep tannins.

More expensive option for our table wine, but it paired well with a selection of cheeses and chocolates for dessert.

Meal that pairs well with the intense tones of beef ribs and a fresh salad is a fulfilling and well-rounded option.

Voss Experts4.0

This Château du Petit Thouars Les Georges Chinon Loire is a delightful expression of Cabernet Franc, displaying red berry and plum fruit aromas, along with notes of forest floor, spice, and earth. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-structured with smooth tannins and a pleasant finish. A great accompaniment to grilled salmon, roasted vegetables, and creamy cheeses.
