This Moulin-à-Vent Gamay presents a deep ruby hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The bouquet unfolds with layers of ripe black cherry, violets, and a subtle minerality, underscored by hints of clove and anise. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture with well-integrated tannins and a vibrant acidity that elevates its fruit-forward profile. The mid-palate reveals complexity with notes of dark plum and a whisper of earthiness, leading to a long, elegant finish. This wine exemplifies the structured finesse typical of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, promising excellent aging potential.
