Titouhan
Opulent and detailed Bordeaux blend from Catalunya, distinguished by a balanced integration of blackberry, cherry, oak, and vanilla notes, accompanied by gentle and velvety tannins and a lingering spicy finish, with a youthful and promising structure.
Pit
Wine with a bold and assertive character. Its closest analogue is a Bordeaux wine produced in the Pyrenees, where it is infused with the essence of vegetables and black forest fruits, gradually giving way to spices. A gentle pepper note is present, but it is somewhat lacking. Despite this, it is well-suited for maturation, as it is remarkably refined in terms of tannins. A fitting companion for those pursuing a intense and textured experience.
Melain
Luscious and multi faceted wine with a deep, dark purple hue, featuring a broad nose with a mix of red and black fruits, with cherries, herbs, and spices, alongside a undertone of vanilla. The suggestions meld together in a long, silky finish.

Castell d'Encus Quest is a Bordeaux blend from Catalunya, praised for its rich fruit flavors, including blackberry, cherry, and plum, with notes of oak, vanilla, and spices. It features velvety tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. While some find its boldness appealing, others feel it lacks intensity. The unique fermentation in stone vats adds a distinct minerality, making it a sophisticated choice for wine enthusiasts.
Castell d'Encus Quest is an exceptional wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Costers del Segre region in Catalonia, Spain. This red wine is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a truly remarkable and elegant expression. On the nose, Castell d'Encus Quest offers a captivating bouquet of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, intertwined with subtle hints of spices and earthy undertones. The aromas are beautifully layered, creating a sense of depth and complexity. The palate is equally impressive, with a velvety texture and well-integrated tannins that provide a smooth and luxurious mouthfeel. Flavors of black cherries, cassis, and dark chocolate dance on the palate, accompanied by a touch of vanilla and a hint of forest floor. The wine displays excellent balance and structure, with a long and lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression. Castell d'Encus Quest is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but it also has the potential to age gracefully. It pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes such as roasted lamb or beef, as well as aged cheeses. This wine is a true testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of Castell d'Encus, and it is sure to delight even the most discerning wine enthusiasts.
