Vibrant and bright Albariño that beautifully complements the bold flavors of the turbot veronique. The soft nuances of stone fruits and citrus add nuance and sophistication to the dish, though the dry tartness cuts through the richness. The conclusion is long and satisfying, with a touch of herbs and a touch of minerality.
