Mrmurom
Bracing and zesty wine with a bracing tartness that cuts through its opulent and autolytic texture, leaving a clean and dry palate. The addition of green apples and a suggestion of honey adds a touch of sweetness, during the linger is brisk and refreshing. Overall, a well-balanced and poised wine that is perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes, comprising appetizers. A truly top notch English fizz, sourced from Steven Spurrier's vineyards in Dorset.
Tileke
A subtle essence of floral and salty hints is immediately apparent, with a crisp and clean citrus and pear profile on the palate. A sweet and soothing tail is well integrated by a undertone of astringency, preventing this wine from reaching its full potential. A well-crafted effort, but a slight imbalance holds it back from a perfect score.
Solmon
Racy and bright white wine with a subtle sweetness on the nose, elevated by a elegant floral nuance on the palate, accompanied by a lively acidity that cuts through the richness.

Bride Valley Blanc de Blancs is praised for its crisp citrus and green apple notes, lively acidity, and elegant floral nuances. While some find it perfectly balanced and refreshing, others note a slight astringency. Its autolytic texture and nutty undertones are appreciated, though a few mention a subtle imbalance. Overall, it's considered a sophisticated and well-crafted English sparkling wine.
Exhibiting a pale straw hue with a fine, persistent mousse, Bride Valley Blanc de Blancs is a quintessential expression of English sparkling wine. The bouquet unfolds with precision, offering aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and a delicate hint of brioche. On the palate, the wine is elegantly structured, showcasing a vibrant acidity that harmonizes with its creamy texture. Flavors of crisp pear and white peach are interwoven with a subtle minerality, leading to a refined, lingering finish. This wine stands as a benchmark for the region, embodying finesse and complexity in equal measure.
