Brendan Stater-West Saumur Blanc is crafted in the Loire Valley, a region renowned for its limestone-rich soils and cool climate, ideal for Chenin Blanc. The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their natural acidity and vibrant fruit character. Fermentation occurs in neutral oak barrels, allowing subtle complexity without overshadowing the wine's fresh profile. This dry white wine showcases a balance of crisp minerality and bright citrus notes, intended for those who appreciate a refined, elegant expression of Chenin Blanc. It is best enjoyed young to capture its lively essence.
