Vinillius

Lackluster wine pleasure with a somewhat muted nose, primarily with the boldness of watered-down fruit and an unappealing strawberry flavor. The body is present, but the flavor profile is unimpressive, with an underwhelming tomato note. The wine's unfiltered nature adds to the disappointment, as it often comes with an unpleasant surprise. Overall, it's a pass for those searching for a more harmonious taste experience.

These wines evoke a sense of rustic charm, similar to of the Finger Lakes region's natural beauty.

Devaya

Satisfying wine that paired well with a hearty pork stew. The aroma was dominated by cherry juice with a light suggestion of yeast notes. The body was light and the zest was crisp. The flavor profile continued with ripe red cherries, but added a tart cranberry note. A long, lingering linger with a dry, medium-tannin finale and a agreeable bitterness. As I continued to savor the glass, earthy suggestions emerged, suggesting a Pinot Noir impression in the blend. and yet not as intense as Pinot, the earth and soil layers were present, adding nuance without overpowering the fruit.
