Bernavi Xalera Blanco 2023

The Bernavi Xalera Blanco presents a luminous straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. On the nose, it unfurls a bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of wet stone, underscored by a subtle saline edge. The palate is a harmonious interplay of ripe citrus and orchard fruit, enveloped by a medium-bodied texture that is both supple and invigorating. A precise mineral backbone and brisk acidity provide structure, leading to a lingering finish with hints of almond blossom and a touch of fennel. This wine exemplifies the elegance and finesse typical of its Mediterranean terroir.
