Exhibiting a delicate salmon hue, the Argyle Vintage Brut Rosé opens with an effusive bouquet of wild strawberry, rose petal, and a hint of brioche, showcasing its meticulous méthode traditionnelle craftsmanship. On the palate, a fine mousse carries vibrant flavors of red currant and blood orange, underscored by a chalky minerality that speaks to its Oregon terroir. The wine's brisk acidity and subtle autolytic notes provide a harmonious balance, culminating in a crisp, lingering finish. This sparkling rosé stands as a benchmark for New World elegance, offering both complexity and finesse, suitable for both aperitif and gastronomic pairings.

Scrap
Racy and bright sparkling wine with a polished blend of Pinot meunier, Pinot noir, and Chardonnay. The acidity is nicely balanced, and the bubbles have a enjoyable effervescence. However, the lasting impression is somewhat one-dimensional, with a lack of profoundness and intricacy that is disappointing given the price point. Overall, it is a solid, if unremarkable, sparkling wine that I would not recommend returning to.
