Refreshing and well-balanced white wine with a sweet and fresh aroma, featuring touches of honey, lemon, and tropical fruit. The profile is dry, with a inviting astringency and a citrusy finish, blended by soft apple and pear flavors. A lively and bright pairing for spicy Indian cuisine, this wine is a fantastic choice for those expecting a velvety and easy-drinking white.

The initial scent of apple and lemon curd is a satisfying and inviting combination, with a acidic lemon note that sets the tone for the rest of the experience. As the hints unfold, a subtle vanilla accent emerges, adding strength and warmth to the comprehensively impression. However, as the wine opens up, a more mineral and stone-like quality begins to emerge, suggesting a layered and nuanced character that rewards careful consideration.
