Ricossa Gavi 2023

Layered and classy wine with a fresh and clear character, showcasing a inviting taste with elegant bitterness and acidity. The freshness and clarity of the wine are the dominant features, making it a compelling option for those expecting a sophisticated consuming experience.

Delicate, pale wine with a sweet and fruity profile, featuring pear and apple notes, even by a subtle citrus note on the finish, with a vibrant liveliness that lasts on the palate.

Bracing and refreshing pale lemon hue, with a clean and elegant nose that unveils the wine's citrus and floral notes. The youthful character of the wine is evident in its medium intensity of primary aromas, which are smooth by a mild floral and herbal undertone. The dry and well-balanced tail is long and satisfying, with a measured level of zest and a smooth, medium body. Overall, this wine is of very good quality and is best enjoyed now, with no intention of further aging.
