Araldica was founded in 1954 in Castel Boglione. Pietro Abate was the cooperative's first president, under whom the first harvest took place. Oenologists Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese joined between 1984 and 1986. Araldica Vini Piemontesi was established in 1989 as the commercial branch, and Claudio Manera became General Director in 1991. In 2013, Gruppo Araldica Castelvero was founded and became the largest shareholder of UK distributor Boutinot Ltd.

The winery covers 20,000 square meters with a storage capacity of 15,000 hectoliters. Estates include Il Cascinone, with 120 contiguous hectares, and La Battistina, a 26-hectare estate in Gavi planted entirely with Cortese, acquired in 2002. In 2016, the group acquired Tenuta Santa Seraffa. Managed vineyards follow an integrated pest management protocol based on sustainable agriculture principles, and wines from these estates obtained SQNPI certification. Its wines include Barbera d'Asti and Barbera d'Asti Superiore, aged in Slavonian oak casks and French oak barriques for between 6 and 18 months.
On VinoVoss, Araldica has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.5 out of 5 from 38 ratings.
