Graceful balance of Marsanne and Roussanne, with a delicate apricot and dried apricot olfactory profile on the nose, complemented by the sweet, floral nuances of honeysuckle and mimosa. The tartness is well-balanced, with a understated starfruit and mineral undertone, during the ending is polished and refreshing, with a nuance of unripe apple bitterness.
