quite a nice wine
Mem
Consistently excellent wine, with a deep history of quality and consistency. The 2012 vintage has stood the test of time, and I've found it to be a outstanding pairing with a wide range of dishes. The Corvina blend has been carefully crafted to showcase its smooth, mellow smoothness and deep, fruity flavors. The addition of dried-out grapes has added a understated strength to the wine, meanwhile the aromas of dense cherry, blackberry, and baking chocolate are a testament to its complexity. The smooth mouthfeel and well-balanced tannins make it a pleasure to drink, and the trail is long and satisfying. A truly remarkable wine that I highly recommend.
Shrirang Cissne
Opulent and layered blend with a multi faceted and enticing character. The nose is defined by by red cherry and dried fruit, with traces of oak and leather adding substance and warmth. The sensation is similarly layered, with dense cherry, plum, and leather emerging as prominent flavors. The tannins are well-balanced, while the brightness provides a refreshing contrast. The follow through is medium, with a lingering sense of complexity and nuance.

Allegrini Palazzo della Torre is praised for its rich fruit flavors, smooth texture, and balanced tannins. Many enjoy its notes of cherry, plum, and chocolate, while some find it overly dry or lacking complexity. It's often recommended for pairing with hearty dishes like pasta and red meats. While some appreciate its value and consistency, others feel it falls short of exceptional. Overall, it's a well-regarded Italian red wine.
Allegrini Palazzo della Torre is a deeply concentrated and structured red blend from the Veneto region of Italy. It is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Sangiovese grapes. The nose is composed of aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and spices, while the palate is full-bodied and intense, with a good acidity and a long, elegant finish. The tannins are soft, making this a great wine to enjoy now but also has the potential to age. Enjoy it with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.
