The Achillée Gewürztraminer Sec presents a pale straw hue with a captivating aromatic profile of lychee, rose petal, and a hint of ginger spice, characteristic of its Alsatian roots. On the palate, it offers a dry, medium-bodied structure with a vibrant acidity that elegantly balances its floral and exotic fruit notes. Achillée Gewürztraminer Sec is crafted from grapes grown in the biodynamic vineyards of Alsace, France, where the cool climate and diverse soils contribute to its distinct character. This dry expression of Gewürztraminer undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic intensity and freshness. The wine showcases typical varietal notes of lychee and rose petal, balanced by a crisp acidity that enhances its dry profile. Ideal for those seeking a refreshing and aromatic white wine, it pairs well with spicy dishes and soft cheeses, offering a modern take on a classic Alsatian style.
