Volpe Pasini's main villa dates to 1596, and the first documents confirming winemaking date to the 18th century. In 1933, grapes from the Zuc di Volpe cru yielded what was possibly the first Italian bottled Pinot Bianco, Pinot Zuc 1933. In the 1970s, Volpe Pasini brought Friulian oenology to Italy and the world, moving away from wine in demijohns to focus on quality and international markets. Emilio Rotolo is the owner, and Lorenzo Landi is the winemaker.

In Friuli Colli Orientali, 52 hectares of vineyards on Ponca soils span the hills of Togliano and Prepotto, split evenly between white and red varieties. The Prepotto vineyard covers around 10 hectares as a single-cru for Merlot; the Zanolli vineyard covers 15 hectares surrounding Villa Rosa. Production is 60% white wines and 40% red wines. Its wines include Focus, a red wine created at the end of the 1990s as part of the Progetto Merlot.
On VinoVoss, Volpe Pasini has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.5 out of 5 from 19 ratings.
