Vignoble Gibault

Anne-Sophie and Benoit Lagarde have headed the Vignoble Gibault estate since March 2020.

The vineyard covers 34 hectares. The vines grow on ancient terraces along the Cher river comprising flint clays and pod clays. The estate farms according to the Terra Vitis specifications. Grapes are harvested at peak maturity and vinified using modern temperature control techniques. The estate produces wines in three AOPs, and its wines include Touraine, Touraine Chenonceau, and Valençay.
