Régis Minet is a family estate with a history dating back to 1627 with Pierre Minet. In 1937, Robert Minet succeeded his father Eugène, cultivating 3 hectares of Sauvignon and Chasselas with his wife Henriette. Régis Minet inherited 3 hectares in 1978 upon his father's passing, expanded the estate, built a new cellar, and developed export sales over 43 solo harvests. The estate is led by Lucia Mineur-Billet, who returned to study viticulture and took over from Régis Minet in 2021 after working for Château Smith Haut Lafitte and distributor CGM.

Terroirs consist of terres blanches, caillottes, clay-limestone with ammonite fossils, Villiers limestones, and Kimmeridgian marls with small oyster fossils. The oldest vines can be up to 80 years old, and the vineyards are HVE3 certified. Farming methods include soil work, grassing, debudding, and leaf removal, adapted annually. Grapes are harvested plot by plot, pressed directly at low pressure, and aged separately in the cellar for 8 to 12 months.
