Subsoil is a label of Mercer Wine, with wines that express the Horse Heaven Hills and are crafted by the Mercer family, drawing on generations of sustainable farming and winemaking expertise.

Mercer Wine has estate-grown vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills, on rugged Washington farmland with pockets of varied sandy soils and canyons with differing climatic characteristics. At its Prosser winery, Mercer Wine has temperature control and conditions for fermentation, while its barrel rooms allow for long and varied barrel aging programs. Subsoil’s wines include Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Blend.
